Family
Remodeling by Classic Homes is a family owned and operated construction business that was started by Sue and Gary Juran as Classic Homes Inc NW in 1992, building new homes in the Salem/Keizer area.
In 2003, their son Kyle Juran started Remodeling by Classic Homes as well as helping with the new homes and providing quality home remodeling as well as handyman work. In 2011, Gary Juran closed Classic Homes Inc NW and semi-retired leaving the new construction as well as the remodeling to be managed by Kyle under the Remodeling by Classic Homes Company.
In 2017, the company moved to its current location at 4195 River Rd and added a new design studio with a large selection of tile, counter tops, flooring, carpet, and cabinet samples for their customers to choose from. We are a three-generation family business and our experience exceeds over 30 years in the Salem-Keizer area with a highly respected reputation as well as several return clients.

Community Involvement
We also have an established presence in the community, such as being a part of the Salem and Keizer Chamber of Commerce. In May of 2018, Kyle Juran had an idea to build a children’s playhouse and put it on a float in the annual Iris parade and raffle off tickets. He and his crew built a beautiful green playhouse and raffled off the tickets throughout the Iris Festival and donated all the proceeds to the Giving Baskets program that the Keizer Chamber of Commerce does every year that benefits children and their families who might need a little extra help, especially during the holiday season. We strongly believe in building up our community and helping where we can.
